Capacity Building

Capacity building is given primary importance. Thus NDF organizes inter-provinces workshop, National workshops and Annual meets to share the best practices of the provinces and discussing about changing development, issues, problems and planning. Core Team meet is also organized for discussing about existing problems of the programmes, further action plans for the organization. In order to build up the capacities and knowledge of staff, national and provincial level trainings like HRE, RTE and legal education trainings are organized for community organizers, local volunteers and animators on children's parliaments.
