Every year the SDCs of FMA come together creating a platform to share their experiences, success stories and best practices. It was in 2000, the first National meeting of FMA Social Development Coordinators was held in Mumbai. A more systematic effort triggered in 2008 which paved the way for National Development Forum of FMAs - FMA-NDF. The statutes and identity were chartered out. From 2008 to 2010 the first NDF office functioned from Banagalore province. Since January 2011 the NDF office is located at Kodambakkam, Chennai.
